Terms and Conditions

 

Definition

 

This Agreement governs the terms by which clients of SAMPLERAMA.COM obtain the rights and obligations to use our Musical Samples, Ringtones  loops, and any other media content originated at samplerama.com

When you purchase and/or download our products you are subject to the license that accompanies each of them. 

Here are the terms and conditions for each license:

 

Ringtones Licence

 

You are entitled to use the Ringtones you purchase or download from us in the following manner:

1. You are allowed to use our ringtones in any mobile phone of any brand that is registered to you. 

2. You are not allowed to reproduce or distribute our Ringtones in any fashion nor to create Ringtones based on our audio files.

3. Ringtones shall be used only as such and not to create other sound files of any nature.

4. The broadcasting and/or redistribution of our ringtone sounds is strictly forbidden without written authorization by the authors.

5. You are not entitled to embed our Ringtones in any mobile phone or electronic device or any kind of product you might produce, distribute or sell unless it is in accordance with the authors.

 

Musical Samples Licence:

 

Our musical samples destined for musical production are royalty free, nevertheless there are conditions to their use.

You are entitled to use the samples you purchase or download from us in the following manner:

 

1. For broadcast production (Motion Picture, Radio, TV and Internet), music production, video game production, web development, advertisement and public performance.

 

2. You may not copy and distribute our work unedited nor to create similar products (musical or sound effect sample libraries or Ringtones. Do not bundle with other products for sale or free distribution). You may not use our samples for any other purpose than the ones stated above.

Sound Effects License:

Our Sound Effects samples destined for multimedia production are royalty free, nevertheless there are conditions to their use.

You are entitled to use the sound effects you purchase from us in the following manner:

 

1. For broadcast production (Motion Picture, Radio, TV and Internet), soundtrack and music production, video game production, web development, advertisement and public performance.

 

2. You may not copy and distribute our work unedited nor to create similar products (musical or sound effect sample libraries or Ringtones. Do not bundle with other products for sale or free distribution). You may not use our samples for any other purpose than sound and music production.
